How do the application/permit fees work?

We charge a one-time fee which covers the application process for licenses and registrations. We will notify you of any additional costs that are required to be paid by the city, county or state. If you sign up for our comprehensive Airbnb starter pack, you are automatically eligible for our free Topkey debit card. This card can be used for any rental expenses and comes with rewards that you can earn for all eligible rental purchases.

Will I be in the loop?
