He first made his mark at StayDuvet, where he led sales, operations, and reservations strategy, helping the team grow into Charleston’s largest STR operator with more than $30M in annual rental revenue. Today, as Co-Founder and CEO of FeatherPMS, he brings that same operator-first mindset to building software that solves real problems for managers. Outside of work, Quinn’s happiest role is being a dad, and he finds balance in travel, golf, and an active Charleston lifestyle surrounded by family and friends.

Mac Hill is a SaaS professional specializing in client success, marketing, and growth strategy for start-ups. Currently leading Growth & Client Success at Feather, Mac plays a key role in onboarding, customer support, and go-to-market execution. His primary focus is on creating high-touch client experiences, refining GTM strategy, and ensuring the product reflects the real needs of professional property managers—always with hospitality at the core. Outside of work, Mac cherishes time with his family- a way-smarter-and-better-looking-than-him wife plus two little girls aged 3 & 5. He enjoys socializing with his friends, watching football and soccer, and fitness through playing soccer and the gym.

Darren Carter is the Head of Demand Generation at Topkey, the leading platform for helping property managers automate their finances. Before joining Topkey, he spent over 13 years at various technology companies, specializing in fintech and startups, including founding and selling his own company in 2020.
